Gstove compensation by GSTgear

Gstove AS company had problems with delivery over a long time that grew due to high cost of running because of fast growth, then challenges with Covid, increased freight costs on import and export, then steel prices went up and electricity cost in Norway and sales to business customers with to low pricing that was not good enough control to find out before problems became to big.

Gstove tried to restructure to lower cost and stop sales with loss, before this could be done Gstove company sadly had to file for bankruptcy.

When Gstove went bankrupt many customers lost their orders and money sadly and Gstove company is currently under liquidation, when liquidation is finished GSTgear will know who gets compensated for their loss and GSTgear will compensate the remaining customers to prevent anyone loosing money on the Gstove bankruptcy.

GSTgear has no business connection to Gstove besides beeing the designer and quality control of Gstove products, so GSTgear has no responsibility for the loss Gstove company has caused, but even though we are not obligated to compensate anyone and this will offcourse take time and finance we think this is correct to do because we are the owner of trademark and designs and will start manufacturing a upgraded version but released under the GSTgear brand together with our other 2 product series.

This will take time as GSTgear has been a design and development company with its own plans for products that now suddenly had to change plans to make sure the Gstove product designs is available for everyone that either have waited a long time for products or need a new quality stove with unqiue accessories that we can provide.
GSTgear has ugraded the product designs and will be released under the GSTgear brand late 2023 (Date will come)

GSTgear have never received any payments from Gstove or Gstove customers so it will not be possible with credit/refunds as the payments have never been done to GSTgear company but we are working on compensations for all for same amount as customers paid Gstove and was not delivered.

These reports have been delivered to us now, so after the liquidation of Gstove is finished we will get full report of who is not refunded in this process and how much remaining and then we will start the work with compensating the remaining customers.

We ask all to find Gstove order number and name and we can find the order and amount, we have no access to Gstove company systems, finance systems or Gstove history, but have received paper copies of all outstanding orders.

We therefor ask all to send email to Gstove@gstgear.no with name and order number forward and you will be replied and contacted as we get compensation options up and running and reports from the Gstove Liquidation process, before this is finished it is not much we can do sadly regarding these orders so replies and info will be provided after this is finalised.

Very important that all correspondence is done to the correct email listed above as that is the only place these orders will be control over in GSTgear company.

Questions regarding GSTgear products is handled as normal by support.

More information will come here regarding this in the time forward and all will be contacted even if you do not send in name and order number for those that have forgotten or lost the order number as we have emails/address in the lists we have received and will go through and answer when Gstove liquidation is finished and then start the compensation process.

We recommend still sending in your order number to Gstove@gstgear.no so they can verify and register the compensation.

**GSTgear lifetime warranty system, Gstove lifetime warranty will be avaible through GSTgear and also more benefits forward for all old Gstove owners and new GSTgear Heat camping stove owners, but will only be valid for customers that can prove with receipt the Gstove products have been purchased from Gstove company or any certified Gstove distributors.

About us in GSTgear:

GSTgear is a small Norwegian company that since 2006 has designed and developed quality products for the outdoors under own and other brands, the most known brand we have designed is the brand called Gstove.

History behind the GSTgear and Gstove brand.

In 2006 we started development of a new and unique type of camping stove that became globally popular.
In 2007 we established the first company and started development and testing of the stove that we called Gstove.
The first design Gstove was 27 kg heavy so we developed round legs to be able to drag it after us in the outdoors.
Over the next years we tested metal types, chimney diameter, airflow and efficiency, and lowering the size and weight.
In 2013 the Gstove was 9kg and ready for release.
In 2013-2015 the Gstove brand was sold by a company in Norway.
In 2015 the Gstove brand started to become popular so we let another company sell and distribute the Gstove brand, this company was called Gstove and only sold our designs.
In 2016 we established the company GSTgear and moved over designs from the first company with focus on running all deveopment and designs under one company (GSTgear).
In 2020 we started the design and development process of our 3 new series of products to be released under the GSTgear brand.
In 2022 the company Gstove went bankrupt and we then decided to upgrade the Gstove design and take it under the GSTgear brand in the comfort series.
In 2023 GST Global AS company was established and will handle all designa nd developments of products under the GSTgear brand, GSTgear AS company will focus on compensations and Gstove products.
GST Global AS is currently working on establishing new production location for fast delivery and upgraded and new products.

 

Today we are still designing and developing products but only release them under the GSTgear brand and provide unique serial numbers on our products so everyone can check and then we can guarantee that the products is designed, developed and manufactured under our high quality control to ensure everyone’s safety and that the products received is our quality products.

GSTgear has 3 product series:

The Explorer:
Explorer series is for new people in the outdoors looking to explore the outdoors and see if this lifestyle is for them.
The Explorer products has less features, but covers all the needs and has a good price for most to invest in to start exploring the outdoors with.

The Seeker:
The seeker series is for the long hikes and expeditions in the outdoors with focus on high quality products with unique features, low volume and weight without lowering the quality, and at the same time beeing durable and trusted in every environment.

The Comfort:
The comfort series is for the comfort campers, premium quality products that lasts year after year and provides increased comfort in the outdoors.
The comfort series has higher weight and unique design and features that stands out when camp is set up.
